I worked as senior designer for the LOFT swim license, through global manufacturer Li&Fung from 2024 to 2025. Joining the team in the middle of a development cycle, I hit the ground running as the brand license expanded. I drew on my considerable experience to help the small-but-growing swimwear division manage time and resources in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with the director of design, I helped to bring the first collection to fruition and kicked off research and development for further deliveries across multiple market segments, including full price, off price, and clubs. I also mentored team members to identify their strengths and grow their skillsets through real-world application, focusing on group collaboration to achieve the goals of the division.
